Kinglas Fillet 500g
Our flagship offering, Scotland Food & Drink Excellence Awards 2019 Fish & Seafood Category Winner and Product of the Year as well as winner of the Great Taste Awards 2017 2 stars, the Kinglas Fillet is cured with brown sugar and sea salt, then gently smoked over oak shavings from retired whisky casks resulting in a mild, delicate flavour and moist texture.
This product is ready to consume without cooking. Remove from pack 10 minutes before serving to release the full flavour of our Classic Smoked Salmon. Simply delicious with brown bread, butter and lemon wedges or scrambled eggs.
