Delivery Information

*COVID19 Update*
Due to the significant volumes of home deliveries being made by couriers throughout the U.K. some deliveries are taking up to two days to reach their destination.
Drivers are not requesting a signature on delivery and will not ring the bell and therefore will not alert you that the delivery has been made.
If you are awaiting a delivery please check to see if the parcel has been left in a safe place.

Delivery Times & Tracking
Deliveries will be made between Tuesday and Friday each week during what are deemed to be normal working hours except at peak periods.
If no specific instruction is given and no-one is available the driver will leave the order in a safe place.
The delivery date can be selected at checkout on the website. Please note we cannot offer weekend or Monday delivery.

Please note that you will need your Consignment Number which we can provide and your postcode.

Special Occasions & Anniversaries
If you are ordering for a special event or anniversary, please do not arrange your delivery for the same day as we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on the designated date. If you require advice on the shelf life or storage of our products, please contact us and we can help you so that you can ensure you receive your produce in good time.

Mainland UK Charges
Carriage cost for all mainland UK orders is £10.00 irrespective of weight.
Orders with a produce value over £70.00 are delivered free of the basic carriage charge to mainland UK addresses.

Channel Islands £35.00
Overseas - Not available.

Deliveries to the Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and U.K. Islands
Please note that deliveries to certain postcodes may take between 2 and 5 days.
At present we are unable to make deliveries to Northern Ireland.
When purchasing perishable goods unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for orders that take longer to deliver than our standard overnight service to Mainland UK addresses. In the event of delays in deliveries to these areas we are unable to offer free replacements or refunds.

Overseas Deliveries
At present our overseas delivery service, particularly to the EU, is taking considerably longer than we would hope and can therefore be unsuitable for perishable items if there are delays in transit. We apologise for being unable to offer this service.
