Fresh Loch Fyne Scottish salmon fillets are dry cured with our salt and sugar recipe, then hot smoked and kiln roasted using shavings from retired whisky casks for maximum flavour and a mouth-watering flaky texture.
This product is ready to consume without cooking. Remove from pack 10 minutes before serving. With its flaky texture Bradan Rost is a genuine crowd pleaser served on its own or with cream cheese and celery.
