Mussels in Garlic and White Wine
- 500g mussels Buy
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 shallot
- 200ml white wine
- 100g butter
- 20g parsley
Finely chop the garlic and shallot before placing in a pot and frying gently for a few minutes until soft.
Add the mussels and white wine and cook until all the mussels are open.
Add the butter and cook for a further 3 minutes.
Finish with finely chopped parsley and serve.
