Dry cured Scottish Smoked Salmon Slices.

 At our Scottish smokehouse we dry cure only specially selected salmon fillets to a time-honoured method before our skilled smokers impart our delicious smoke flavour and unique texture through our cold smoking kilns using a secret blend of woods.  

Serving Notes

This product is ready to consume without cooking. Remove from pack 10 minutes before serving. With its distinctive and intense flavour our Highland Smoke Salmon is delicious served with lemon wedges, dips and garnishes.


North Atlantic Farmed SALMON (Scottish/Norwegian) (FISH) (Salmo salar) 97.2%, sea salt 2.8%.

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some may remain.


Store in a refrigerator at 0° to 4° C. Consume within 3 days of opening the pack. Do not exceed the use by date.
