True North Classic Scottish Smoked Salmon slices 100g
At our Scottish Smokehouse, fresh salmon fillets are cured with our own recipe of sea salt and sugar, then gently smoked by our skilled smokers. The kilns are fired with a blend of woods creating a delicate and subtly smoky flavour with hints of sweetness.
This product is ready to consume without cooking. Remove from pack 10 minutes before serving to release the full flavour of our Classic Scottish Smoked Salmon. Simply delicious with brown bread, butter and lemon wedges or scrambled eggs.
