Bradan Rost kiln roasted salmon fillet 500gm with a bottle of Cockburn's Claret.

Bradan Rost is Gaelic for roasted salmon.

Serving Notes:

A wonderful blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Soft and juicy but with the palate and structure you would expect from the region. ABV 14%
