Mey Selections is an initiative launched by HRH Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay to foster closer connections between farmers, fine food producers and customers helping to maintain a traditional and balanced way of life in the North Highlands of Scotland.

Our Traditional Scottish kiln roasted salmon is dry cured then hot smoked for maximum flavour and mouth-watering flaky texture.

Serving Notes

This product is ready to consume without cooking. Remove from pack 10 minutes before serving to release the full flavour of our Kiln Roasted Salmon.

Scottish Farmed SALMON (FISH) (Salmo salar) 96.4%, sea salt 2.8%, sugar 0.8%.

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some may remain.

Storage

Store in a refrigerator at 0° to 4° C. Consume within 3 days of opening the pack. Do not exceed the use by date.
