Mey Selections is an initiative launched by HRH Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay to foster closer connections between farmers, fine food producers and customers helping to maintain a traditional and balanced way of life in the North Highlands of Scotland.
Our Traditional Scottish Oak Smoked salmon is dry cured then gently smoked over oak shavings from retired whisky casks for a delicate flavour and moist, soft texture.
This product is ready to consume without cooking. Remove from pack 10 minutes before serving to release the full flavour of our Traditional Smoked Salmon. Simply delicious with brown bread, butter and lemon wedges or scrambled eggs.
