True North Hot Smoked Salmon Fillet 250g
At our Scottish smokehouse, fresh salmon fillets are dry cured with our recipe of sea salt and sugar and hot smoked in kilns fired by a blend of woods, resulting in a full flavoured salmon, smoky and darkly aromatic with a mouth-watering flaky texture.
This product is ready to consume without cooking. Remove from pack 10 minutes before serving. With its flaky texture our hot smoked salmon is a genuine crowd pleaser served on its own or with cream cheese and celery.
