We responsibly source our fresh salmon from partner grower farms on Loch Fyne and remote salt water sea lochs of the Western Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

Keep refrigerated between 0° to 4°C. Consume within the date shown.

Home Freezing:
Freeze on day of purchase and use within three months of freezing.
Defrost overnight in a refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
Once defrosted do not refreeze.
