Bradan Rost Trimmings 1KG

Premium Ingredients for chefs and at home.

Bradan Rost is Gaelic for roasted salmon.
A firm favourite with many and winner of the Great Taste Awards 2016 1 star, Bradan Rost appeals as much to the eye as to the palate, pink in colour with a rich golden brown roasted finish.
Fresh Loch Fyne Scottish salmon fillets are dry cured with our salt and sugar recipe, then hot smoked and kiln roasted using shavings from retired whisky casks for maximum flavour and a mouth-watering flaky texture.
