Shopping List

Loch Fyne Oysters (use three per person)

Garlic Butter

Parmesan Cheese

Breadcrumbs

Parsley

Cooking Instructions

1. Open three oysters per person and drain the liquid

2. Top each oyster with a knob of garlic butter

3. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and breakcrumbs on each oyster

4. Place in a hot oven for five minutes

5. Garnish with parsley and serve
