Open 3 oysters per person and drain liquid.
Top each oyster with a knob of garlic butter
Sprinkle with grated parmesan and breadcrumbs
Place in a hot oven for 5 minutes or under a hot grill for 5 minutes.
Serve with brown bread and freh lemon
