To assist the Slicing Room Manager in the day to day running of the slicing table area

Job description: Production are looking for a keen motiviated person to lead the Slicing team. Duties will include assisting the Slicing Room Manager in the day to day running of the Slicing area, supervision of the team, helping and assisting staff including training when necessary. Monitoring of quality and ensuring correct processes are followed is an important part of this role. We are looking for someone with strong organisational and leadership skills able to motivate and lead a small team.
