Loch Fyne Restaurants

Loch Fyne GuildfordFormed in 1998, Loch Fyne Restaurants has now grown to 38 sites.  We have over 1,200 staff working for us in sites as far apart as Bath and Newcastle, Poole and Edinburgh.

What sets us apart is our attention to detail and focus on quality.  In everything we do, be it building a new restaurant, hiring staff or cooking the food we take huge pride in doing it to the best standard possible.

As a result we have some amazing buildings – striking architecture that cleverly combines jaw-dropping good looks with a warm and inviting ambience.

Our staff are exceptional in the industry.  The induction programme for all staff, whatever their level or hours of work, includes a submersion into our origins and our environmental philosophy. We have recently introduced ‘sustainability ambassadors’ into each of our restaurants.  A member of staff who has volunteered to attend courses and keep abreast of latest environmental thinking and to pass that on to both customers and colleagues.  A unique initiative, we believe.

Salmon and Bok ChoiWe stand out for our approach to environmental issues – something that has been at the heart of the business since we began.  Whilst we want to do all we can to protect our oceans and want you, as customers, to be aware of the need to support sustainable fishing, artisinal suppliers and non-destructive fishing practices, we don’t want to bore you to tears or preach.  We want you to come to our restaurants and have a fantastic time – eating superb food in an relaxing and welcoming environment.  If, at the same time, we can pass on an insight that might make you think differently, then even better.

And our food... what to say about our food... We really do believe that you won’t find better quality fish and shellfish in the UK.  Our sourcing policy is second to none and our standards as high as they can be – our suppliers know that and they know how to keep us happy.

Looking forward, we have a significant roll-out plan already in place for the next 12 months and we firmly believe that there are plenty of towns and cities in the UK that could make a perfect home for a Loch Fyne Restaurant.
